Telecalling Executive

Dharito is looking for a confident and customer-friendly Calling Executive who will be responsible for communicating with customers, following up with leads, handling customer queries, taking feedback and generating repeat orders.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills and should be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall customers who have shown interest in Dharito products.
• Follow up with leads received through WhatsApp, Website, Instagram, Facebook Ads and other sources.
• Explain Dharito products, offers and Membership Plans to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/plans.
• Follow up with customers who have not yet placed an order.
• Call existing customers for repeat orders and membership renewals.
• Take customer feedback regarding product quality and delivery.
• Handle basic customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
• Maintain proper daily records of calls and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely follow-up with every assigned lead.
• Focus on converting leads into orders and building good customer relationships.
• Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
• Basic English communication will be an advantage.
• Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
• Good convincing and sales skills.
• Comfortable making multiple calls every day.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
• Ability to maintain follow-ups properly.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
