Accountant/ Accounts Executive

We are looking for a skilled Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the sales team with real-time financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping & Ledger Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage invoices, process payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• GST & Tax Compliance: Handle GST filing, TDS, and other tax-related documentation in compliance with Indian financial regulations.
• Google Sheets Management: Maintain and update financial data on Google Sheets for easy access and collaboration with management.
• Payment Collection Reports: Provide daily and weekly payment collection reports to the sales team for better follow-up and tracking.
• Sales & Inventory Coordination: Support the sales team with financial insights and assist in managing inventory cost calculations.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure financial
