Job Description

  1. Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation to discuss about the products and advice.
  2. Deliver approved policies to clients
  3. To call the customers and inform them regarding pending EMIs of their Loan/policy.
  4. Convinced them to deposit EMI /dues on time.
  5. Responsible for calling on prospect data for further closure.
  6. Engaging with premium customers to build relationships and delivering a positive customer experience
  7. Retaining the existing customers
  8. Experience in sales/ retention/Collection/ up selling/ insurance.
  9. Ensuring that the call, leads and quality targets are met.


Office Timings 9 am to 7 pm. rotational offs
