Job Description

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Alkaline Water / Water Purification Machines की installation करना

• Machine की technical query और problems को check & diagnose करना

• Repair, servicing और maintenance करना

• Customer के घर/office पर machine installation एवं service support देना

• Customers को machine के operation, features और proper usage की जानकारी देना

• Customers को machine चलाने एवं basic maintenance की training देना

• Service records और customer feedback maintain करना

• जरूरत पड़ने पर Sales Team को technical support देना

👤 Candidate Profile:

• Technical/field work का अनुभव preferred

• Electrical, Electronics या Water Purification equipment का knowledge advantage रहेगा

• Good communication & customer handling skills

• Fresher candidates with technical knowledge can also apply
