Job Description – South Indian Head Chef


Lead complete South Indian kitchen operations


  • Expertise in authentic dishes (Dosa, Idli, Vada, Sambhar, Chutneys, etc.)
  • Standardize recipes, taste, and portion control
  • Maintain consistent quality across all batches
  • Manage kitchen team, training & discipline
  • Control food cost, wastage & inventory
  • Ensure hygiene, food safety & cleanliness (FSSAI standards)
  • Plan menu improvements and new dish trials
  • Monitor daily production & prep planning
  • Coordinate with purchase/store for raw materials
  • Handle kitchen audits and SOP compliance
  • Maintain speed & efficiency during peak hou
