Job OverviewDharmanis International is seeking a creative, visually sharp, and detailed Graphic Designer to lead our visual identity across product packaging, digital marketing, and brand presentation. As a premier manufacturer and private label exporter of personal care, nutraceutical, and wellness products, we rely on strong design to capture market attention and build brand value.

In this role, you will design primary/secondary product packaging, digital ad graphics, social media content, export product catalogs, and corporate marketing assets.

• Key Responsibilities1. Packaging & Dieline DesignCreate print-ready primary and secondary packaging designs (labels, unit cartons, bottles, tubes, and bulk boxes) for personal care, nutraceutical, and herbal product lines.
• Work directly on structural dielines, ensuring precise color separation, typography, bleed, and print specifications (CMYK, Pantone).
• Coordinate with internal production and external printing vendors for proofing, sample approvals, and print production checks.
• 2. Brand Identity & Visual AssetsMaintain visual consistency across multiple internal brands and private-label client projects.
• Design marketing collaterals, including corporate presentations, product catalogs, brand deck proposals, exhibition displays, and promotional brochures.
• Develop photo manipulation and 3D mockups/renderings of packaged products for website displays and client pitches.
• 3. Digital & Social Media DesignConceptualize and design engaging creative assets for social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), email banners, and web banners.
• Produce digital ad creatives (motion graphics/GIFs/static banners) optimized for performance marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional banners and infographics that simplify technical wellness features.
• Key RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related creative discipline.
• Experience: 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (prior experience in FMCG, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, or packaging design agencies is strongly preferred).
• Technical Skills:
• Master-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Hands-on knowledge of print preparation: dieline creation, pre-press setups, color spaces, and print finishing options (embossing, foil stamping, spot UV).
• Basic proficiency in 3D product rendering (e.g., Blender, Keyshot, or Photoshop 3D mockups) and video editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects) is a strong advantage.
• Portfolio Requirement: A strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design, brand visual identity, print prepress work, and digital graphics.
• Desired CompetenciesVisual Storytelling: Ability to translate technical product features (wellness, beauty, health) into visually appealing consumer packaging.
