Telesales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to generate leads and sell business loan products to prospective customers over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining suitable loan products, handling queries, following up with leads, and converting prospects into successful loan applications.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business loan leads.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, tenure, and documentation requirements.
• Understand customers’ business and financial requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Convert qualified leads into loan applications and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the credit, operations, and verification teams for smooth processing.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and application status.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Ensure all customer information and sales activities are updated in the CRM/system.
• Follow company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
