Job Description
What you'll do
- Edit short-form content (primarily Instagram reels) for fitness creators with audiences from tens of thousands to 500K+
- Own the edit end-to-end: selects, music, pacing, cuts, delivery
- Work closely with our creative strategist on the emotional arc of each piece — what the viewer should feel at second 3, second 10, second 25
- Turn around edits on consistent timelines across multiple client accounts
- Contribute to our internal editing playbook as we systematize what works
Our editing style (read this carefully) We do emotion-first editing. That means:
- Clips selected and sequenced to match emotion, not to tick information boxes
- Cuts timed to the music and the moment — the edit should breathe
- Restraint. The story does the work, not the effects
