हमें एक जिम्मेदार, धैर्यवान और भरोसेमंद केयरटेकर की आवश्यकता है, जो बुजुर्ग व्यक्ति की दैनिक देखभाल और सुरक्षा का ध्यान रख सके।

• मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँबुजुर्ग को वॉशरूम ले जाना और आने-जाने में सहायता करना।
• समय पर खाना खिलाना और पानी देना।
• रोज़ थोड़ा चलाना/वॉक करवाना, जरूरत के अनुसार सहारा देना।
• डॉक्टर/परिवार द्वारा बताए अनुसार दवाइयाँ समय पर देना।
• समय-समय पर BP चेक करना और रिकॉर्ड रखना।
• बुजुर्ग के व्यवहार, कमजोरी, चक्कर, भूख, नींद या स्वास्थ्य में किसी भी बदलाव को समझना।
• किसी भी असामान्य स्थिति या समस्या की जानकारी तुरंत परिवार को देना।
• बुजुर्ग की साफ-सफाई और व्यक्तिगत स्वच्छता का ध्यान रखना।
• 🌙 रात की ड्यूटीरात में बुजुर्ग को अकेले उठकर चलने नहीं देना, खासकर वॉशरूम जाने के समय।
• जरूरत पड़ने पर तुरंत उठकर वॉशरूम ले जाना और वापस बिस्तर तक लाना।
• बुजुर्ग के पास रहना और उनकी गतिविधियों पर ध्यान रखना।
• जब बुजुर्ग सो रहे हों तब केयरटेकर आराम/सो सकता है, लेकिन इतना सतर्क रहना जरूरी है कि बुजुर्ग के उठने या बुलाने पर तुरंत प्रतिक्रिया दे सके।
• रात में किसी भी असामान्य व्यवहार, गिरने या स्वास्थ्य संबंधी समस्या की जानकारी परिवार को तुरंत देना।
• हमें किस व्यक्ति की आवश्यकता है?बुजुर्गों की देखभाल का अनुभव हो।
• धैर्यवान, संवेदनशील और भरोसेमंद हो।
• शारीरिक रूप से बुजुर्ग को सहारा देकर चलाने में सक्षम हो।
• समय की पाबंदी रखता हो और दवाइयों/खाने का समय न भूले।
• BP चेक करना और सामान्य स्वास्थ्य स्थिति समझना आता हो।
• परिवार के साथ नियमित और स्पष्ट रूप से जानकारी साझा करे।

सबसे महत्वपूर्ण: बुजुर्ग की सुरक्षा, सम्मान और अच्छी देखभाल प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए।

We are looking for a responsible, patient, caring, and trustworthy caretaker to take care of an elderly family member and ensure their safety and comfort.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the elderly person with using the washroom and moving around safely.
• Help with feeding meals and giving water on time.
• Take them for short walks/movement as required.
• Give medicines on time as instructed by the family/doctor.
• Check blood pressure (BP) and maintain a basic record.
• Observe their health, behaviour, appetite, sleep, weakness, dizziness, etc.
• Immediately inform the family about any unusual change or health concern.
• Assist with basic personal hygiene and cleanliness.
• 🌙 Night DutyEnsure the elderly person does not get up and walk unsupervised, especially at night.
• Assist them with washroom visits and getting safely back to bed.
• Stay close and remain attentive to their movements and calls.
• The caretaker may rest/sleep when the elderly person is sleeping, but must remain alert enough to respond immediately if they wake up or need assistance.
• Immediately inform the family about any fall, unusual behaviour, or health concern during the night.
• RequirementsPrevious experience in elderly/patient care preferred.
• Patient, caring, trustworthy, and responsible.
• Physically capable of assisting with walking and washroom visits.
• Punctual with meals and medicines.
• Able to check BP and observe basic changes in health.
• Must communicate clearly and honestly with the family.

Most importantly, the caretaker must prioritize the elderly person's safety, dignity, comfort, and well-being.
