Job Description
Role Objective:
Develop and expand the tea business across Haryana by creating a network of retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and institutional buyers while achieving sales, collection and market coverage targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets
• Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory (Haryana)
• Increase sales volume and market penetration
• Develop distributor and retailer network
• Conduct regular market visits
• Improve product visibility and shelf presence
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing
• Coordinate with distributors and stockists
• Follow up on collections and outstanding payments
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
