Hiring: Collection TelecallerPosition: Collection Telecaller
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month
Qualification: B.Tech / MBA / Graduate
Job Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle work pressure and challenging situations
- Responsible for contacting customers regarding pending EMI/loan amounts
- Follow up with customers and encourage timely payment
- Must be able to communicate fluently in Telugu, Hindi, and English
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers regarding pending EMI/loan payments
- Explain outstanding loan amounts and payment details clearly
- Follow up with customers for payment collection
- Maintain proper communication and customer records
- Achieve assigned collection targets
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
