Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to craft high-quality beverages and deliver a warm, consistent customer experience. This role is central to our café operations and brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and serve a range of beverages including coffee, tea, cold brews, smoothies, and health drinks

* Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and brewing equipment efficiently

* Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning

* Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times

* Engage with customers, take orders, and recommend beverages

* Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables

* Assist in developing new beverage recipes aligned with Yellolife’s health philosophy

* Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations

Skills & Requirements

* Prior experience as a barista or in beverage preparation preferred

* Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques (espresso, pour-over, French press, etc.)

* Basic understanding of health beverages (smoothies, plant-based drinks, functional drinks) is a plus

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Attention to detail and consistency
