Deep Cleaning Staff

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Professional Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our clients. Your day-to-day work will involve standard upkeep and washroom sanitation, with periodic shifts to intensive deep cleaning tasks to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are met.

Key Responsibilities:

General Cleaning

• Surface Care: Dust, wipe down, and polish desks, tables, and other surfaces.
• Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floors, carpets, and rugs.
• Trash Removal: Empty waste bins, replace liners, and safely dispose of recycling and garbage.
• Tidying: Organize common areas, break rooms, and reception spaces to keep them looking presentable at all times.

Washroom Cleaning & Sanitation

• Disinfection: Thoroughly scrub and sanitize toilets, urinals, sinks, and countertops.
• Surface Cleaning: Wipe down and polish mirrors, glass, and metal fixtures to a streak-free shine.
• Restocking: Ensure all dispensers (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) are adequately stocked.
• Odor Control: Empty sanitary bins and apply air fresheners or odor neutralizers as needed.

Deep Cleaning (As Required)

• Heavy-Duty Scrubbing: Clean and scrub tile grout, baseboards, and hard-to-reach areas behind furniture or appliances.
• Specialized Floor Care: Perform periodic deep carpet cleaning, floor buffing, or waxing.
• High-Touch Sanitization: Conduct intensive disinfection of door handles, light switches, elevator buttons, and shared equipment.
• Window & Wall Washing: Clean interior windows, glass partitions, and spot-clean walls to remove scuffs and stains.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean and descale kitchen appliances (microwaves, refrigerators, coffee machines) and properly maintain all cleaning tools.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven prior experience in commercial cleaning, housekeeping, or a similar role. Experience with deep cleaning techniques is highly preferred.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with various cleaning chemicals, safe handling practices, and basic hygiene standards.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and lift cleaning equipment or heavy supplies (up to [Insert Weight, e.g., 25 lbs]).
• Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for spotting areas that need extra care and a commitment to high-quality work.
