Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Officer to join our Tanishq retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, understanding customer requirements, and achieving sales targets while maintaining Tanishq’s high standards of service and professionalism.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and engage customers with a warm and professional approach.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products.
• Explain product features, designs, pricing, offers, and services clearly.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support billing, product displays, stock-related activities, and other store operations as required.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and security procedures.
• Stay updated on new collections, promotions, and jewellery trends.
