Talent Acquisition Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with strong experience in bulk hiring for Call Center/BPO processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates in large volumes, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures as per business requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle bulk recruitment for Call Center/BPO and customer service positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment drives, walk-ins, and local sourcing channels.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
• Screen candidates based on experience, communication skills, location, salary expectations, and process requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further rounds with the hiring team.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet daily and monthly hiring targets.
• Follow up with selected candidates regularly until their date of joining.
• Conduct recruitment drives and walk-in interviews when required.
• Coordinate documentation and pre-joining formalities.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and provide hiring MIS/reports.
• Work closely with operations and management to understand manpower requirements.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring and joining targets.
• Develop and maintain candidate databases for future requirements.
