Teacher Trainer

IBPS Trainer Required – Hyderabad

Need to deliver classroom-based training to learners preparing for IBPS banking exams at the Hyderabad center in an on-site capacity. This role involves planning and conducting interactive sessions on subjects such as quantitative aptitude, reasoning, English, banking awareness, and exam strategies. The trainer will design lesson plans, develop and update study materials, and use practical examples to explain banking concepts and exam patterns. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating learner performance through tests and assignments, providing constructive feedback, mentoring learners on exam readiness and interview skills, and maintaining accurate training records. The trainer will collaborate with the academic team to refine content, ensure consistency in training quality, and support batch scheduling and academic coordination.

Qualifications:

Strong conceptual knowledge of IBPS exam syllabus, including quantitative aptitude, reasoning, English language, and banking awareness, with proven ability to teach these topics clearly.

Experience in classroom training or coaching for competitive exams, preferably banking or financial services, with skills in lesson planning and curriculum delivery.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners and simplify complex concepts.

Ability to assess learner performance, analyze test results, and provide targeted guidance to improve outcomes.

Comfort working in an on-site academic environment in Hyderabad, with a learner-centric and professional approach.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in commerce, finance, economics, management, or a related field; professional banking or financial certifications are an advantage.

Prior experience in banking operations or exposure to bank recruitment processes is beneficial.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic computer applications for preparing training materials and managing records.
