Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products or services, generate leads, and maintain good customer relationships.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.
  • Explain products, services, offers, and available options.
  • Identify customer requirements and generate leads.
  • Follow up with interested customers regularly.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer information.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
  • Required SkillsGood communication skills in Telugu and English.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
  • Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work with targets.
  • Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
