• Prepare regular reports on corporate visits, leads, interviews, and placements.
• Achieve assigned corporate tie-up and placement targets.
• RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets and basic computer skills.
• Confident in making calls, sending emails, and conducting meetings.
• Willingness to travel for corporate meetings when required.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
• Preferred QualificationGraduate/MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
