Content Writer

Duties & Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, engaging, and informative blogs, articles, website content, and destination guides.
• Research and write about different countries, destinations, travel trends, attractions, and tourism experiences.
• Develop SEO-friendly content using relevant keywords while maintaining readability and originality.
• Create and update website content for travel packages, destinations, and related services.
• Write content for blogs, landing pages, FAQs, service pages, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Conduct thorough research using reliable sources to ensure travel related information is accurate and up to date.
• Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, tone, clarity, and consistency.
• Collaborate with the SEO, marketing, and design teams to develop content aligned with business objectives.
• Update existing articles and website pages whenever visa rules, travel policies, or destination information changes.
• Ensure all content is original, reader-friendly, factually accurate, and aligned with the company's brand voice.
• Monitor travel industry trends and suggest new content topics and ideas.
• Meet content calendars, deadlines, and publishing schedules consistently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional content writing experience, preferably in the travel, tourism,or related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong research, editing, proofreading, and storytelling abilities.
• Good understanding of SEO content writing, keyword placement, and on-page content practices.
• Ability to simplify complex travel information into clear, easy-to-understand content.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
• Familiarity with Google Docs, and basic SEO tools is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with previous experience writing travel blogs, destination guides, or tourism-focused website content will be preferred.
