E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented candidate to manage our e-commerce operations, Shopify website, Etsy store, and day-to-day business coordination in the wedding stationery, gifting & packaging industry.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, basic technical understanding, and the ability to handle multiple operational and management tasks efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Shopify Website Management: Build, update, and maintain the Shopify website
• Upload new products, collections, banners, and content regularly
• Optimize product pages with proper descriptions, pricing, images, and SEO
• Manage website aesthetics and user experience
• Coordinate with the design team for creatives and product uploads
• Monitor website performance and suggest improvements
• Etsy Store Management: Create and optimize Etsy product listings
• Handle product uploads, keywords, tags, titles, and descriptions
• Monitor Etsy analytics and improve listing performance
• Manage customer queries, order updates, and store organization
• Research trending products and competitors in the wedding & gifting niche
• Operations & Management Tasks: Handle day-to-day coordination and operational management tasks
• Maintain product databases, inventory records, and order tracking
• Help streamline systems and improve operational efficiency
• Marketing & Growth Support: Basic understanding of Facebook & Instagram Ads management
• Coordinate ad creatives and campaign uploads
• Support in marketplace and website growth activities
• Skills Required: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Shopify
• Understanding of the Etsy marketplace management
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of digital marketing
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in printing, packaging, wedding stationery, or gifting industry preferred
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager is an advantage
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or basic design tools is a plus
• Understanding of SEO and product listing optimization preferred
• Experience with e-commerce operations is a bonus
• Fast learner with a growth mindset
• Comfortable handling multiple business tasks
• Interest in e-commerce, branding, and creative businesses
