Job Description

• Plan, manage and monitor daily production activities as per production targets.

• Handle complete assembly line operations.

• Plan manpower, shifts and line allocation according to production requirements.

• Improve assembly line productivity through lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement.

• Prepare and maintain production reports, MIS and KPI dashboards.

• Ensure achievement of daily, weekly and monthly production targets.
