🔹 Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive who can manage reports, maintain accurate data, prepare MIS dashboards, and handle professional email drafting and communication.

• 📌 Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain and update Excel sheets and databases.
• Collect, analyze and validate data from different departments.
• Prepare management reports and performance dashboards.
• Track KPIs and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.
• Handle professional email drafting and official correspondence.
• Draft emails, notices, follow-ups and internal communication as required.
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.
• 💻 Required SkillsExcellent knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, filters, etc.
• Good reporting and data analysis skills.
• Strong email drafting and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

🎓 QualificationGraduation in any discipline

Candidates with strong Excel/MIS experience will be preferred.
