Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic marketing professional who can blend field execution with strategic planning. The ideal candidate will drive lead generation, partnerships, and brand visibility for Soltech Energy’s solar EPC projects across Jaipur and nearby regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Marketing & Lead Generation
• Conduct on‑ground marketing campaigns, site visits, and client meetings.
• Build relationships with architects, builders, and industrial clients.
• Identify new project opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Strategic Marketing
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Plan digital and offline campaigns to boost brand awareness.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
• Sales & Business Development
• Support the sales team with qualified leads and marketing collateral.
• Track and report marketing ROI and conversion metrics.

Brand Management

• Coordinate events, exhibitions, and partnerships in Jaipur.
