Job Description
Housekeeping – Job DescriptionPosition: Housekeeping Staff
Department: Housekeeping
Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor / Hotel Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas.
- Change bed linen, towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Ensure rooms are properly cleaned and ready before guest check-in.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, lost & found items, and missing inventory immediately.
- Handle cleaning equipment and hotel property carefully.
- Respond promptly and politely to guest housekeeping requests.
- Follow hotel safety, hygiene, grooming, and operating procedures.
- Coordinate with Front Office for room status and priority cleaning.
- Perform any other housekeeping-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements: Hardworking, punctual, disciplined, hygienic, polite, and willing to work in shifts.
