Graphic Designer

About the Role

Save Medha Foundation is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer who can create professional, engaging, and visually impactful designs for our healthcare awareness campaigns, social media platforms, events, digital marketing, and organizational branding.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, creativity, typography, colour balance, and social-media trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, posters, banners, thumbnails and advertisements
• Create graphics for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms
• Design materials for health awareness campaigns and NGO activities
• Create brochures, leaflets, standees, certificates, ID cards and event creatives
• Design attractive YouTube thumbnails and Reel/Shorts covers
• Develop promotional creatives for campaigns, events and programs
• Maintain consistency with Save Medha Foundation's brand identity
• Coordinate with the content, video editing and digital marketing teams
• Resize and adapt designs for different digital and print formats
• Handle multiple design assignments and deliver them within deadlines
• Use AI-based creative/design tools where required

Required Skills

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva
• Good knowledge of typography, composition and colour combinations
• Social media creative design
• Poster and banner designing
• Photo manipulation and retouching
• Basic understanding of print design
• Understanding of current social-media design trends

Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma or AI design tools will be an added advantage.
