• Key Responsibilities:Conduct telesales and manage communication with premium clients across various sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Understand client requirements, share detailed product information, and pitch customized garment solutions effectively.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update customer databases using basic Excel skills for reporting and record-keeping.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in sales / telesales, preferably in the garment or textile industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle premium clients with professionalism and empathy.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining client data.
• Result-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting targets.
• Strong customer retention and relationship management abilities.
