Job Description
Job Description:
We are looking for a courteous and service-oriented Steward/Waiter to provide excellent customer service in a hospitality setting. The candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve food and drinks as per service standards
Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
Handle guest queries and provide menu recommendations
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the service area
Assist in billing and payment handling if required
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Steward/Waiter
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Presentable and well-groomed personality
Note: Immediate joiners preferred.
