Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, online enquiries, and networking.
Identify and develop potential B2B customers, including offices, retail shops, factories, schools, hospitals, builders, contractors, system integrators, and other institutions.
Handle B2C customers for residential and small-business security and IT requirements.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, solutions, and services.
Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, conduct regular follow-ups, and close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Products Handled:
- Security and surveillance products and solutions
- CCTV cameras and surveillance systems
- Access control and biometric systems
- Video door phones and intercom systems
- Networking and IT infrastructure products
- Other security, networking, and IT solutions as required
