Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cook to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing Chinese cuisine, Continental dishes, fries, juices, and coffee. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and delivering consistency in taste.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Chinese, Continental, and café-style food items (fries, sandwiches, etc.).
- Make fresh juices, shakes, and basic coffee-based beverages.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Work with the team to ensure timely service during rush hours.
- Manage stock of raw materials and assist in procurement planning.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of cooking experience in restaurants/cafés.
- Specialized in Chinese and Continental cuisine.
- Knowledge of making quick bites, fries, and beverages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctual, responsible, and committed to quality.
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience) + food & accommodation (if required).
