Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of solutions to enhance performance and adaptability are key aspects of the daily workflow.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable automation workflows.
- Experience in integrating robotic process automation with existing enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and optimizing automated processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
