Summary:
As a Data Platform Engineer, a typical day involves contributing to the development and refinement of the data platform blueprint and design, ensuring that all relevant components are effectively incorporated. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to maintain seamless integration between various systems and data models. The position demands continuous engagement with evolving platform requirements and alignment with organizational data strategies, fostering a cohesive and efficient data environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices for data platform architecture and integration.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth and project success.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business objectives and technical requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with cloud-based data processing and analytics solutions.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and data modeling concepts.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable data pipelines.
- Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks and big data technologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
