Inside Sales ExecutiveCompany: Subh Gathbandhan Matrimony

Location: Hazratganj, Lucknow

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Attractive Incentives

  • Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
  • Explain matrimonial services, membership plans and packages to clients.
  • Generate leads through calling, WhatsApp and follow-ups.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable services.
  • Convert interested leads into paid memberships.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
  • Update customer and lead information in CRM/records.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Build a good relationship with clients and provide professional assistance.
  • Candidate RequirementsMinimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
  • Confident and persuasive communication style.
  • Comfortable with sales targets and calling.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Freshers can apply; experience in telesales/inside sales will be an advantage.
