About the Company
Pointo is building a nationwide battery distribution and service network, offering
affordable, leasable, and loanable batteries to E-rickshaw Drivers. By reducing upfront costs
and enabling easy battery access through leasing or exchange, Pointo is shaping the future of
EV ownership
Roles & Responsibilities
Installation of EV lithium ion batteries in e-rickshaws.
Provide service, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for EV batteries.
Visit customer and dealer locations for battery installation and service activities.
Diagnose and resolve basic electrical and battery-related issues.
Ensure timely completion of field service requests.
Educate customers on proper battery usage and maintenance.
Maintain daily service reports and installation records.
Ensure safe handling of lithium batteries during installation and servicing.
Eligibility & Requirements
Graduation / ITI is mandatory.
Must have basic knowledge of electrical work.
Must know how to ride an e-rickshaw/toto.
Willingness to travel and work in the field.
Candidates with technical knowledge or field service experience will be preferred.
