Job Description

  • Proficeint knowledge of Tally Prime.
  • Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment records.
  • Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain the general ledger and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor expenses and assist with budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Ensure timely filing and maintenance of tax and statutory records.
  • Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable tax requirements.
  • Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
