Service Coordinator

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Service Coordinator / Technical Coordinator to manage and coordinate the installation, service, maintenance, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities for electronic security systems. The ideal candidate should have experience coordinating field service teams and possess sound technical knowledge of CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, Security Systems, and other electronic devices.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate installation, service, preventive maintenance, and breakdown calls for electronic security products.
• Plan and assign daily service jobs to field engineers and technicians.
• Monitor the status of installation and service activities to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate AMC visits and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
• Maintain communication with customers regarding service requests, complaints, and job updates.
• Follow up on pending service calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and procurement teams for spare parts and materials.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, installation reports, AMC records, and MIS reports.
• Ensure service engineers follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Support technical teams in resolving customer issues and escalations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, service history, and AMC contracts.
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate or Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in coordinating the installation and service of electronic products.
• Hands-on experience or coordination experience in:
• CCTV Camera Systems
• Fire Alarm Systems (Conventional & Addressable)
• Intruder Alarm Systems
• Access Control Systems
• Video Door Phones
• Biometric Attendance Systems
• Other Electronic Security Devices
• Experience in handling AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) operations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple service engineers across different locations.
• Good knowledge of installation procedures, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/CRM software, and service reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet service SLAs.
• Preferred CandidateExperience in the Electronic Security Industry.
• Ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously.
• Strong team coordination and leadership skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
