Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and communication-focused Appointment Setter to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, persuasive, target-oriented, and comfortable handling follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through phone calls.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements and identify qualified prospects.
- Explain the company's products/services at a basic level.
- Schedule qualified appointments or sales calls for the Business Development/Sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Update lead status, call outcomes, and appointment details in CRM/Excel.
- Ensure scheduled appointments are properly confirmed and followed up.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment-setting targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team and provide relevant information about prospects.
- Handle basic customer objections and questions professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all conversations and follow-ups.
