Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-oriented Hypermarket Associate to support day-to-day store operations, assist customers, maintain product displays, manage inventory, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and assist them in finding products.
• Provide accurate information regarding product features, prices, offers, and availability.
• Arrange and replenish products on shelves according to company standards.
• Ensure proper product display, labeling, pricing, and merchandising.
• Check product expiry dates, damaged products, and stock conditions.
• Assist in receiving, unloading, counting, and arranging incoming stock.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves, aisles, counters, and assigned areas.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Assist customers with product selection and handle basic customer queries.
• Support billing/cash counter operations when required.
• Ensure products are properly packed and handed over to customers.
• Assist with stock counting and periodic inventory checks.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
• Help maintain a safe and organized shopping environment.
• Support promotional activities, offers, and seasonal displays.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
• Follow all company policies, SOPs, hygiene, safety, and security procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager or Supervisor.

• Qualification & ExperienceMinimum 12th Pass; graduates will be preferred.
• 0–2 years of retail/hypermarket experience preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills may also be considered.
