Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Visit doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors regularly.
  • Promote company products through effective product detailing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and chemists.
  • Generate orders and ensure proper product availability in the market.
  • Appoint and develop new retailers/stockists in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain daily call reports, tour plans, and sales records through CRM.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
  • Follow company policies, reporting systems, and promotional strategies.
  • EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of pharma sales experience preferred; freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
