Job Description – Factory Labour (PCB Assembly & Soldering)

Job Title: Factory Labour – PCB Assembly


  1. Duties:Mount electronic components on PCB by hand as per drawing.
  2. Do hand soldering of components carefully and correctly.
  3. Check the PCB after soldering and correct any small defects.
  4. Keep the work area clean and follow safety and ESD rules.
  5. Follow instructions from the supervisor and complete daily work on time.


Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of hand soldering.
  • Able to identify electronic components.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Willing to learn and work as a team.
  • Honest, disciplined, and punctual.
