Job Description

  • Monitor and maintain an inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information including record of stocks of Stationary, Grocery, Carpentry, Plumbing and Electrical materials, etc. after receiving or issuing the stocks. 
  • Should be able to fill in a Goods Received Note(GRN), Goods Issued Note (GIN), permission slips, etc & maintain a tracker for the same.
  • Stock the materials in the proper manner in the appropriate location and category wise. 
  • Carry out periodical physical verification & check the availability of stock.
  • Preparation of reports and updating the reporting manager about the status of work in a systematic format.
  • Prior experience in store management or as an office assistant would be advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, google docs and google sheets
