CCTV Technician

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CCTV Technician to handle the installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CCTV surveillance systems at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and commission CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and surveillance equipment.
• Perform regular CCTV servicing, preventive maintenance, and breakdown support.
• Troubleshoot camera, DVR/NVR, power supply, cabling, and connectivity issues.
• Install and terminate CCTV cables, connectors, and related accessories.
• Configure IP cameras, network settings, remote viewing, and mobile applications.
• Conduct site inspections and identify CCTV system requirements.
• Replace faulty cameras, SMPS, connectors, hard disks, cables, and other components.
• Ensure proper camera positioning, coverage, and image quality.
• Maintain service reports and provide updates after every site visit.
• Coordinate with customers and the internal team for installation and service activities.
• Follow electrical and site safety procedures.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of CCTV, DVR/NVR, IP Cameras, and networking.
• Knowledge of CAT6/coaxial cable termination and testing.
• Basic understanding of IP addresses, routers, switches, and LAN networking.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel to different customer locations.
