Job Profile: Field Job – Solar Installation, Testing & Commissioning
🎓 Minimum Qualification
Polytechnic / ITI Diploma in Electrical
Minimum 1 Year Experience
Solar Field Experience Preferred
📌 मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities)
1. Solar Electrical Installation
Solar PV system की electrical installation execute करना।
DC wiring, AC wiring, cable laying, termination एवं connections करना।
Inverter, LT Panel, ACDB, DCDB, SPD, MCB/MCCB आदि की installation एवं checking करना।
2. Site Execution & Supervision
Solar installation site पर daily work planning एवं execution करना।
Installation team / technicians को guide करना।
Drawing एवं layout के अनुसार installation करवाना।
Work quality एवं safety standards maintain करना।
3. Testing & Commissioning
Solar plant की testing एवं commissioning करना।
Voltage, current, insulation resistance, earthing resistance आदि check करना।
Inverter commissioning एवं troubleshooting करना।
Plant handover के समय technical support देना।
4. Fault Finding & Troubleshooting
Solar system में electrical faults identify एवं resolve करना।
Inverter errors, generation issues, wiring faults एवं earthing problems troubleshoot करना।
Breakdown support provide करना।
5. Safety Compliance
Electrical safety rules का पालन एवं compliance सुनिश्चित करना।
PPE जैसे Helmet, Safety Shoes, Gloves आदि का proper use सुनिश्चित करना।
Site पर unsafe activities को रोकना।
6. Documentation & Reporting
Daily Site Progress Report तैयार करना।
Material Consumption Report maintain करना।
Installation Checklist एवं Commissioning Report complete करना।
🛠️ Required Technical Skills
Electrical wiring का practical knowledge
Solar PV system की basic understanding
Inverter installation एवं operation knowledge
AC/DC protection devices का knowledge
Earthing एवं lightning protection का knowledge
Single Line Diagram (SLD) पढ़ने की क्षमता
Multimeter, Clamp Meter एवं Megger का उपयोग
Electrical fault diagnosis एवं troubleshooting

🏍️ Bike & Travel Requirement
Candidate के पास अपनी Two-Wheeler (Bike/Motorcycle) होना अनिवार्य है।
Candidate को Solar Project Sites पर Field Travel करना होगा।
Job में लगभग 50–100 KM तक की daily/regular field travel हो सकती है।
कंपनी की policy के अनुसार Bike/Travel Allowance प्रदान किया जाएगा।
अलग-अलग project sites पर जाने के लिए candidate को travel करने के लिए तैयार रहना होगा।
Valid Driving Licence एवं vehicle के आवश्यक documents होना अनिवार्य है।
