Jr. Architect / Sr. Architect
📍 Location: Mysore, Karnataka
💰 CTC: Up to ₹75,000/Month
🏢 Projects: Commercial & Residential
🕘 Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
🕘 Saturday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
We are looking for a creative and passionate Architect who can transform innovative ideas into functional and aesthetically appealing designs. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, excellent client-handling skills, and hands-on experience in commercial and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop innovative architectural designs as per client requirements.
✔ Prepare project plans in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
✔ Deliver high-quality designs within budget and project timelines.
✔ Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
✔ Improve project execution and overall team productivity.
✔ Conduct site visits for project assessment and coordination.
✔ Research new architectural trends, materials, and design concepts.
Required Skills:
✅ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an Architect.
✅ Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
✅ Excellent understanding of client requirements and space planning.
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and V-Ray (preferred).
✅ Strong communication and presentation skills.
