Work From Office | Part-Time / Full-Time
MINSHE ACADEMY is looking for a passionate and confident English Teacher to join our academic team. The selected candidate will teach English language skills with special focus on Phonic Sounds, Spoken English and English Public Speaking.
📚 Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to students from Nursery to Class 12.
- Conduct engaging Phonic Sounds classes for young learners.
- Teach English Public Speaking, communication and presentation skills.
- Improve students' pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar and fluency.
- Develop students' confidence in speaking English.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets and classroom activities.
- Conduct assessments, practice sessions and provide feedback.
- Maintain a positive, interactive and student-friendly classroom environment.
🎓 Educational Qualification
- B.A. in English – Preferred
- Master's in English / M.A. English – Preferred
- B.Ed. – Preferred
- Candidates with strong English teaching skills may also be considered.

- Fluent English & Hindi
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good pronunciation and phonics knowledge
- Passion for teaching children and young learners

💰 Salary & Incentives
- Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Incentive: ₹2,000 – ₹5,000 per month
