Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor sterilization equipment (tubular sterilizer / plate sterilizer ) used for fruit pulp processing.
- Maintain proper temperature, pressure, and holding time according to product specifications.
- Start up, run, and shut down sterilization systems safely.
- Monitor flow rate, pressure gauges, and temperature controls during production.
- Record process parameters and production data in daily log sheets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, and FSSAI regulations.
- Coordinate with the aseptic filling operator and production team to maintain continuous processing.
- Perform CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place) procedures when required.
- Report any equipment malfunction, temperature deviation, or product quality issues to the Production shift in-charge immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the processing area.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
