Designation : Junior Accountant

Experience : 1 to 3 years

Salary : 15 k to 22 k

Roles & Responsibilities :

Overview The Junior Accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, assist with reconciliations, and ensure accurate and timely accounting entries.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesRecord daily sales, purchase, receipt and payment transactions.
2. Maintain and update ledger accounts and accounting records.
3. Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
4. Assist with bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
5. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
6. Verify bills, invoices and supporting documents before entries.
7. Assist in GST-related data preparation and documentation.
8. Support monthly TDS and statutory compliance activities.
9. Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
10. Assist in preparing monthly MIS and accounting reports.
11. Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding outstanding payments.
12. Assist the senior accountant/CA during audit and financial closing.
13. Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
14. Ensure accounting data is accurate and updated regularly.
15. Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by management.
