Job Description
- Manage daily E-commerce and Q-commerce dispatch operations from order processing to final dispatch.
- Coordinate and manage appointment-based dispatches and deliveries as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with multiple transporters for dispatches through Surface and Train modes.
- Prepare and maintain LR copies, dispatch documents, invoices, and other logisticsrelated documentation.
- Coordinate with transporters, customers, Sales, Warehouse, Production, and other internal teams for smooth dispatch execution.
- Track shipments and follow up with transporters to ensure timely delivery and TAT adherence.
- Handle delivery-related issues, delays, discrepancies, and customer requirements effectively.
- Maintain daily dispatch records and ensure accurate data entry in ERP/logistics systems.
- Monitor pending dispatches and take timely follow-ups to avoid delays.
- Ensure proper coordination for appointment slots, vehicle placement, loading, and dispatch completion.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all dispatches.
- Support the team in improving dispatch processes and ensuring operational efficiency.
