📢 Hiring: Inbound Customer Service – SBI Mutual Fund 🔥🏢 Process: Inbound Customer Service – Mutual Fund
📍 Job Type: Full-Time
🎓 Eligibility: Graduate
💼 Experience: Minimum 6 months BPO experience preferred | Freshers can also apply
🕒 Shift: Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
🗓️ Weekly Off: Sunday
- 💰 SalaryIn-Hand: ₹19,500/month
- CTC: ₹22,000/month
- 📞 Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls related to mutual fund services
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Assist customers with account and transaction-related queries
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach
- ✅ RequirementsGraduate in any stream
- Good verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- BPO/customer service experience preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
