Job Description
Lead, manage, and motivate the pre-sales team to achieve assigned targets
Monitor inbound and outbound calling activities for lead generation and follow-ups
Ensure effective lead qualification and customer engagement processes
Improve conversion ratios from leads to site visits and sales opportunities
Allocate and manage leads efficiently within the team
Coordinate closely with the sales team for site visit planning and closures
Monitor CRM data accuracy and generate performance reports
Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance productivity
Analyze team performance and implement improvement strategies
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in Pre-sales/Inside Sales (Real Estate preferred)
Prior experience in team handling or leadership role is mandatory
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and reporting
Target-driven mindset with strong ownership of results
