🕘 **Shift Timing:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

📅 **Working Days:** Monday to Friday

🎉 **Week Off:** Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

🎓 **Education:** Graduate Mandatory

💼 **Experience:** Minimum 2 Years of Banking Sales Experience (On Paper)

💰 **Salary:** Up to ₹4.5 – ₹5.5 LPA + Unlimited Incentives

### 🔥 Job Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **B2B Sales Executive** for a **VRM (Virtual Relationship Management) Process**.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

* Building and managing strong relationships with **B2B clients**.

* Driving business growth through effective **sales and business development activities**.

* Understanding client requirements and offering suitable banking, financial, or insurance solutions.

* Managing and growing an assigned client portfolio.

* Conducting virtual interactions and relationship management with clients.

* Identifying new business opportunities and generating revenue.

* Cross-selling and upselling relevant products and services.

* Ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships.

* Achieving assigned sales, revenue, and business targets.

### ✅ Eligibility & Requirements

* Minimum **2 years of Banking Sales experience on paper** is mandatory.

* Experience in **BFSI – Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance** will be preferred.

* Graduation is mandatory.

* Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong experience in **Sales and Business Development**.

* Knowledge of **Insurance Products** will be an added advantage.

* Understanding of **Virtual Relationship Management (VRM)** processes.

* Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to manage clients professionally and achieve sales targets.
